Chuck Brownfield is a senior executive who has more than 30 years of Hospitality industry experience with leading global brands and as an Executive Recruiter.

Primarily a specialist in Sales, Marketing and Operations, Chuck’s personal experience has ranged from individual properties to global Brand Management to Divisional Operations with Inter-Continental Hotels and Resorts and to senior level, multi-brand corporate positions with Six Continents Hotels. During this time, his hotel portfolio generated more than $1 Billion USD in annual revenue and the Sales team under his direction produced more than $1.7 Billion USD in annual sales contribution.

During his tenure with Inter-Continental, Chuck was responsible for Development efforts throughout the Americas as well as Strategic Planning for new business ventures, including Inter-Continental Vacation Ownership and Inter-Continental Club Resorts. He developed the business plan concept for Global Partner Hotels & Resorts and directed its worldwide implementation, ultimately attracting nearly 100 top independent hotels and resorts as members of this elite alliance.

As President and CEO of Global Hospitality Advisors, LLC, Chuck and the team will draw from past experience to focus on the creation of incremental revenue opportunities and the identification of operational efficiencies which supplement the efforts of existing Client resources and result in long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

Didier P. Dewitte
Senior Rooms, Reservations and IT Consultant

Didier Dewitte's career spans over 25 years and is focused on Call or Customer Contact Centres, Global Distribution Systems, Alternate Distribution Systems such as the internet and Front Office systems and processes. He has held senior positions with a variety of companies on both sides of the Atlantic, primarily in the hospitality industry, and has accumulated a unique global expertise and know-how.

His previous assignments include ITT Sheraton Corporation in Brussels as Director Reservation Operations Europe, Africa and the Middle East, Marketing Manager in Madrid with Amadeus, the European Global Distribution company and Director Global Reservation Sales with Inter-Continental Hotels and Resorts in New York. He worked from London at Board level with Forte Hotel Group as Global Reservation Director to provide leadership to an international team of 500 and strategic direction for the company’s distribution activities worldwide, with 10 customer contact centres and electronic media across 4 brands, among them Le Méridien Hotels and Resorts.

Since 2001 he advises hospitality companies, focusing on rooms, reservations, IT and distribution functions and has managed projects ranging from the construction of a £10M brand new call centre, change management for the relocation of a 200 operatives Reservation Centre, the implementation of a Business Continuity Plan, the Property Management System strategy for a hotel company and the selection and negotiation of a long term £20M system outsourcing agreement.

Didier Dewitte graduated as Bachelor of Science in Travel and Tourism Management and holds a MBA from Oxford Brookes University in Oxford, England. He is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
